We are going to consider movie characters, except for one. Which means that this list is going to be filled with characters from Dragon Ball Super since it is the most recent show. To keep things fair, we’re going to evaluate each character in their most powerful form., even if they don’t have mastery over a technique. Of course, you have the usual suspects like Goku and Vegeta, but then you might see some characters you won’t expect. Rocklands 3 appears before Rocklands 2. Furthermore, Enchanted Land 5 and Enchanted Land 6 cannot be played until Challenge 6 is played. 
However, when Tasty Lands is completed no more levels are offered without the player returning to Challenge 6. The player is offered the opportunity to continue on the World Map with Enchanted Land 7, followed by Tasty Lands.
Initially, it appears that Challenge 6 ( Enchanted Land 4) is able to be by-passed. This makes Challenge Levels the only levels that must be replayed in order to obtain the Goal Stars (Hillside 4 has no Goal Stars). Challenge Levels do not have Goal Stars.
